What Does it Cost?

Costs are met by a one-time Entry fee and ongoing Monthly fees. Entry and Monthly fees vary, based on single or double occupancy. Monthly fees include coverage for housekeeping, a daily meal, and access to all amenities on both Kendal at Longwood and Crosslands campuses. Refundable Entry fee options and those with long-term care insurance plans will impact your Entry fee, so be sure to call our Sales Office at (844) 907-1800 to discuss your individual choices.

Gretchen Wright first got to know Kendal-Crosslands Communities when her father and step-mother worked here, and then she applied for a job in the Marketing Department, where she worked for several years. Gretchen decided on Kendal at Longwood for her own retirement.
