Our Mission
Kendal~Crosslands Communities is committed to ensuring that the later years of life are filled with the potential for love, growth, friendship, peace, and dignity through services and communities that allow residents and staff to thrive
Our Vision
Kendal~Crosslands Communities strives to be one of the leading not-for-profit charitable organizations in the United States serving older people. We embrace collaboration and draw upon the Quaker heritage that recognizes the unique personal worth of each individual to create a supportive environment where trust and understanding grow from open communication and thoughtful listening. We endeavor to create a community where kindness, compassion, and mutual respect are made visible through meaningful interaction among residents, staff, board members, and administrators that supports all residents in the midst of friends and emphasizes each resident’s worth as a whole person.
